Spencer and Mike's engagement session took place in the middle of fall, in the heart of Petoskey, located in the gorgeous Northern Lower Peninsula of Michigan. While it WAS the peak weekend for foliage in the UP, Petoskey wasn't entirely arrived yet just slightly south, but was nonetheless the perfect setting for the session.
I had an amazing time with these two plus their ADORABLE pup!! I think by the end of the session MY face hurt from smiling so much! Their wedding coming up this September I already can tell will be a favorite for the year <3.

By the time we got to the lighthouse, the sun was going down FAST and while the sun peeked in and out during the session, it was in full force by the shoreline of Lake Michigan. Thankfully we were able to still get a few images before it got too dark!!
